First introduction call
During the first call, you and your coach will go over your situation and what you want help with. Together you will formulate a goal and set a plan for your collaboration. The calls will then be dedicated to clarifying your goals and creating action plans to achieve them, as well as monitoring your progress.
The calls are approximately 60 minutes long and between calls you have the opportunity to receive support via phone or email if needed.
You choose whether you want to book single calls, a package of five calls or an annual subscription, where you will receive an unlimited number of calls during a year.
